Ben Tweet serves as General Manager for Kent Station and Sunrise Village, providing leadership for these large, strategic retail assets. He is focused on achieving strong financial and operational performance while positioning each property for long-term success in their respective markets.

Ben brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise spanning complex transactions, brokerage, operations, and asset strategy. Prior to joining TPS, he held leadership roles with JLL, Colliers, and other commercial real estate firms, overseeing more than $2 billion in retail and office property portfolios and building high-performing, stable teams.

Ben graduated magna cum laude from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
