Brandi Rider

Brandi Rider leads the Commercial accounting team at Tarragon Property Services, where she oversees financial reporting, accounting operations, and process improvements for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. She has over 30 years’ experience in business accounting, including financial analysis, partnership accounting, and operational reporting.

In her role, Brandi works closely with the commercial property management team, asset management, and executive leadership to improve financial accuracy, streamline processes, and support informed business decisions. She is passionate about strengthening accounting practices, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality financial results.

Brandi graduated from Northwest University, Somma Cum Laude, with her Bachelor’s degree and earned a Master of Business Administration from WGU.  She also holds credentials as a Certified Fraud Examiner. Throughout her career, Brandi has focused on bringing together strong financial discipline, operational insight, and collaborative leadership to help organizations achieve their goals.
