Brian Pearce serves as President of Tarragon Property Services, providing strategic leadership across the company’s commercial, retail, and residential property management operations. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate operations, asset management, and team leadership, Brian brings a depth of industry knowledge and a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving long-term value.

Prior to joining TPS in 2025,Brian spent 23 years with Unico Properties, where he led property management and leasing operations for a 15 million square foot portfolio spanning eight major markets. Throughout his career, he has focused on operational excellence, portfolio performance, and creating collaborative environments that empower teams to succeed.

At TPS, Brian works closely with teams across the organization to support continued growth, strengthen operational strategies, and advance the company’s mission as the portfolio continues to evolve. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a concentration in Construction Management from The Catholic University of America.
