Kara Thresher

Kara Thresher began her multifamily career with Tarragon Property Services in 2006 and has grown through a variety of roles, from Leasing Agent and Assistant Manager to Business Manager at the property level, and from Corporate Training Manager to Assistant Regional Manager at the corporate level. In her current role as Regional Property Manager, Kara oversees teams at eight multifamily communities totaling more than 1,500 apartment homes throughout Pacific, Auburn, Sumner, Bonney Lake, and Enumclaw. With a focus on property performance and profitability, she works closely with business managers to guide day-to-day operations, team leadership, financial performance, resident relations, and project oversight.

Kara holds an associate degree from Green River College and has earned the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association. Her nearly two decades of experience with TPS and broad understanding of multifamily operations provide a strong foundation for supporting both her teams and the communities they serve.
