Larry Young

Larry Young brings more than 30 years of maintenance experience to Tarragon Property Services, with a strong background in facility operations, infrastructure support, and team development. Prior to joining TPS, Larry spent more than a decade with Liberty Military Housing at JBLM, where he supported maintenance operations and delivered exceptional service in both onsite and corporate environments.

As Regional Maintenance Manager, Larry supports property teams across the portfolio through inspections and compliance, employee training, project management, and complex problem-solving. His extensive technical expertise includes water damage restoration, microbial remediation, boiler operations, and electrical systems.
