Melinda Wiggs serves as Senior Regional Property Manager at Tarragon Property Services, providing operational leadership and strategic guidance for a portfolio of multifamily communities throughout the South Sound region. With more than 25 years of experience at TPS, Melinda brings extensive knowledge of property operations, financial performance, team leadership, and asset optimization.

Melinda began her career with Tarragon Property Services in 2000 as a Leasing Agent and progressed through roles including Business Manager, Assistant Regional Manager, and Regional Manager. Throughout her career, she has played an integral role in supporting lease-up initiatives, repositioning efforts, and the long-term success of residential communities. She is passionate about collaboration and works closely with teams across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Development, Marketing, and onsite operations to achieve shared goals.
