Michelle Niemeyer

Michelle leads the Marketing team at Tarragon Property Services, driving the strategy and execution of branding, advertising, digital marketing, and creative initiatives that support the company's portfolio and corporate brand. She is passionate about building meaningful brands and developing marketing strategies that connect with prospective residents, employees, clients, and the communities TPS serves.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and creative leadership, Michelle has worked across a variety of industries, combining thoughtful design, strategic planning, and data-driven marketing to deliver impactful results. Prior to joining TPS in 2019, she held Director of Marketing roles with Buyers Access and ista North America, following earlier marketing and creative positions in advertising, technology, manufacturing, and consumer products.

Michelle earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Regis University. She also serves on the Washington Multifamily Housing Association (WMFHA) Marketing Committee, contributing to the advancement of marketing within the multifamily industry.
