Temesha Aldridge is a U.S. Army veteran with more than thirteen years of experience in property management. She began her professional career as an Army Medic, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork, discipline, and service. She later expanded her healthcare expertise by earning certificates in Medical Coding and Medical Transcription.

Temesha transitioned into the multifamily housing industry, where she has built extensive experience in property operations, team leadership, resident relations, financial performance, and driving overall community success. Her diverse background has shaped an adaptable and people-focused leadership approach, allowing her to thrive in demanding environments and effectively lead teams toward shared goals.

Today, Temesha brings a wealth of operational and leadership experience to TPS, along with a passion for developing people, building strong teams, and creating opportunities for continued professional and personal growth.
