At Tarragon Property Services, community is more than a place. It is the people who live, work, and grow together within it. We believe thriving communities are built through connection, service, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact.

Giving back is woven into our culture and reflected in one of our core values: wholeheartedly engaging with our local communities to create meaningful and lasting change. Through our Tarragon Loves Community (TLC) program, employees come together throughout the year to support causes that strengthen the communities we serve across the Pacific Northwest.

Our team actively participates in volunteer projects, fundraising events, donation drives, and community partnerships that support organizations focused on housing stability, food security, health, youth programs, animal welfare, veteran services, and more. Whether we are volunteering our time, raising funds for important causes, or collecting donations for local nonprofits, our goal is simple: to leave our communities stronger than we found them.

The impact of these efforts extends beyond the communities we serve. Community involvement strengthens our culture, brings employees together around a shared purpose, and creates meaningful opportunities to make a difference.

TPS employees have collected more than 113,000 pounds of food for regional food banks and charitable organizations, raised thousands of dollars for nonprofit partners, and contributed countless volunteer hours to causes that matter deeply to our team members. Just as importantly, many employees continue serving long after company-sponsored events end, creating lasting relationships with organizations and causes they care about.

Community service is not separate from who we are. It is part of our identity. By investing in the well-being of our communities, we strengthen the places we call home, support our neighbors, and create opportunities for our employees to come together around a shared purpose.

TPS in the Community

TPS is dedicated to giving back to our community. We feel there is a solid connection between caring about our community and actively volunteering – it feels good and makes us better employees. Our internal employee volunteer program, Tarragon Loves Community (TLC), gives employees opportunities to help various local causes during work hours. We will continue to volunteer our time at Northwest Harvest, Food Lifeline, Puyallup Food Bank, Sumner Food Bank, The Forgotten Children’s Fund, and Sunrise Village/Kent Station Food and Blood Drives.

TPS proudly completed the Fit2Be Challenge for the American Cancer Society in June 2026, walking more than 4,060 miles, raising over $2,200, and continuing a strong tradition of team-driven impact.
